After you join the Reset and Rise Method, we start with a Game Plan Call where we map out exactly where you are and where you want to go.
From there, I build a p[lan specifically for you. We identify what is really holding you back- not just what you think the problem is.
Everybody comes into this program from a different place in their health and fitness journey, which is why no two plans are the same.
No cookie-cutter programs. No guessing
We start by rebuilding your foundation first- the habits, the movement, and consistency you need to succeed.
Then we focus on building real strength that will carry you toward your personal goals and sustain your results long term.
I also understand that you have a busy life- work, family, kids, responsibilities.
That’s why your training plan requires just 45 minutes, three days per week.
2.) REFUEL WITH INTENTION
To get results, you must fuel your body with nutritious, purposeful food-
but I get it: your schedule is busy, and your life is full of work, kids, and responsibilities.
That’s why the Reset and Rise Method gives you a nutrition plan that actually fits your life.
I’ll guide you on what to eat, when to eat, and how to make it work for your schedule- without feeling restricted.
You will learn how to:
Enjoy your favorite foods in the right portions
Improve your relationship with food and stop feeling guilty
Fight cravings and stay consistent
This is not another program where you are counting calories or cutting out everything you love.

3.) RECOMMIT WEEKLY

You get weekly 1:1 check ins with me to track your progress, adjust your plan, and tackle obstacles before they derail your results.
And because life happens, you can reach out anytime with questions- no waiting, no guessing.
This support ensures you stay consistent, stay motivated, and stay on track- so the changes you make stick for life
4.) RECONNECT WITH YOUR FAITH

Each week, we use scripture as a guide to help you reconnect with your faith and stay grounded during your journey.
You can either follow along with the book The Story or I’ll provide corresponding Bible verses each week.
Alongside the readings, I provide a personal devotional that helps you reflect, internalize the lessons, and apply them to your life.
My hope is that studying The Story- you find YOUR STORY- discovering how your journey, challenges, and growth connect to the purpose God has for you.
This approach helps you:
Lean on faith as a source of motivation and resilience
Align your daily choices with the values and principles that matter most
Strengthen your confidence and focus, both in the gym and in life
It’s about building spiritual consistency alongside physical progress- so your growth is whole, balanced, and sustainable.
PLEASE NOTE: Participation in the faith-based portion is optional. You can fully engage in the program’s training, nutrition, and accountability components and still achieve results. I just know what the Word of God has done in my life and my goal is to share it with as many people as possible. For those who want it, it’s an added layer of guidance, encouragement, and purpose.
