After you join the Reset and Rise Method, we begin with a Game Plan Call where we map out exactly where you are and where you want to go.
From there, I build a plan specifically for you.
We identify what is really holding you back — not just what you think the problem is.
Everyone enters this program from a different place in their health and fitness journey.
Which is why no two plans are the same.
No cookie-cutter programs.
No guessing.
We start by rebuilding your foundation first:

• Strength training that fits your current level
Then we focus on building real strength that moves you toward your personal goals and helps you sustain results long-term.
And I understand you have a busy life.

That’s why your training plan requires just 45 minutes, three days per week.
2.) REFUEL WITH INTENTION
To get results, you must fuel your body with nutritious, purposeful food.
But I get it.
Your schedule is busy.
Your life is full of work, kids, and responsibilities.
That’s why the Reset and Rise Method gives you a nutrition plan that actually fits your life.
I’ll guide you on what to eat, when to eat, and how to make it work for your schedule — without feeling restricted.
Inside the program, you’ll learn how to:
• Enjoy your favorite foods in the right portions
• Improve your relationship with food and stop feeling guilty
• Fight cravings and stay consistent
This is not another program where you are counting calories or cutting out everything you love.
Instead, it’s a sustainable, realistic approach that helps your body get the fuel it needs while keeping your life in balance.

That’s why you receive weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with me.
Each week we review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and tackle obstacles before they derail your results.

You can either follow along with the book The Story, or I will provide corresponding Bible verses each week.
Alongside the readings, I also provide a short devotional designed to help you:
• Reflect on the message
• Internalize the lessons
• Apply them to your daily life
My hope is that as you study The Story, you begin to discover your story — seeing how your challenges, growth, and journey connect to the purpose God has for your life.
This approach helps you:
• Lean on faith as a source of strength and resilience
• Align your daily choices with the values that matter most
• Build confidence and focus — both in the gym and in life
The goal is to build spiritual consistency alongside physical progress, so your growth is whole, balanced, and sustainable.
PLEASE NOTE:
Participation in the faith-based portion of the program is completely optional.
You can fully engage in the training, nutrition, and accountability components and still achieve great results.
I simply know what the Word of God has done in my own life, and my goal is to share that encouragement with those who want it.
For those who choose to participate, it becomes an added layer of guidance, purpose, and motivation along the journey.
