Before working with Nate, we were both struggling with our health. I (Brad) have diabetes, but during COVID, my weight had climbed to 265 pounds and could barely walk on an incline. I (Stacy) had gained 20 pounds during COVID, didn’t feel confident in my clothes, and was preparing for a hip replacement.
