THE RESET AND RISE METHOD
1.) REBUILD YOUR STRENGTH:
I help identify where you are and what’s REALLY holding you back. Everyone is starting from a different place in their health and workout history. No plan is the same from person to person, so you will not find any cookie cutter programming here! I help identify where you need to start and build your plan from there. I specialize in working with clients who have Insulin Resistance, whether it is from Pre/Diabetes, PCOS, or Peri/Menopause. The Reset and Rise Method works with your body, NOT against it!
2.) CUSTOMIZED STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM:
After the gameplan call, I create a plan that takes into account where you need the most help, teaching you proper form and technique, and then blend everything to get to your ultimate goals! I also understand you are busy with your own life, kids, work, etc. so that is why my plan only requires a 45 minute commitment three days each week (you can do more if you want).
3.) CLIENT SPECIFIC NUTRITION:
To be successful, you must fuel your body with nutritious food. With that said, a nutrition program has to fit your work schedule and your kid’s schedule. I will help you navigate when and what to eat in your busy schedule to ensure your body is getting the nutrition it needs throughout this program. I will also show you how you can still enjoy your favorite foods in the right quantities!! I will teach you proper portions, how to improve your relationship with food, and how to fight cravings. This is not another program where you're counting calories!!
4.) HIGH QUALITY ACCOUNTABILITY:
The best plan in the world is useless without follow through, right? So throughout this program, I’ll be holding you accountable every step of the way and supporting you any time you’re struggling to make sure you actually follow the plan to get the results you want, as fast as possible.
